About GLOW - "God Leading Our Wellness"

In February 2020, GLOW - God Leading Our Wellness - came to life, coinciding with a year that was meant to be filled with great vision and change. Little did we know what would happen the following month in March 2020, when the world shut down. 

But God had a different plan in store for us. Just like Him, His vision for GLOW surpassed our expectations.

As the scripture says, 'He gives beauty for ashes' (Isaiah 61:3). In the midst of chaos, God birthed and molded a beautiful women's fitness ministry. It is a testament to His faithfulness and His ability to bring forth something extraordinary out of challenging circumstances.

GLOW is a shining example of God's promises fulfilled. We are humbled and grateful to be a part of this journey, knowing that it is only through His guidance and grace that we have come this far.

We love impacting the lives of women and leading them towards wellness, both physically and spiritually, and we are just getting started!

The GLOW Team is made up of amazing women of God on mission to serve women through our faith filled fitness and wellness communities.

As a diverse group of women, coming from all different stages of life, we understand the struggles women face when it comes to wellness.  We understand it's hard to live by the "oxygen mask theory".  But with God and the GLOW Team on your side, it can be done! Without guilt, without shame, and with true freedom.

That's why we are committed to sharing our life experiences, our education and expertise as fitness professionals with you.
